Elite Consulting is looking for experienced internet marketers and sales people. If you have no experience, but you are confident of your abilities we will also consider you.

We have 2 openings for Sales and Marketing Managers (3 have already been filled), 15 Openings for Assistant Managers, and 75 openings for regular sales people. This is a job that you would initially do in your spare time as it has a learning curve and the initial few months income is low, but as you will see in the chart below the income quickly becomes very good. After 6 months to 1 year you can do this job full-time depending on your success and performance.

The most likely successful candidates will be people who have run their own business in the past, or have cold calling and prospecting experience and know what it takes to build a business or client base from scratch. Patience, persistence and committment are the ingredients for success in this field.

One of the great benefits of this position is that we will continue to pay you your commissions even after you stop marketing and selling this product, so long as those customers continue to remain our customers and pay their monthly hosting fee.

The position basically involves placing ads on various free advertising and classified sites. You can also promote face to face via cold calling and or flyer distribution etc. You will be promoting our Webhosting Product which should be appealing to most people.

Basically the product costs $10 US per month for :

Max FTP Accounts Unlimited
Max Email Accounts Unlimited
Max SQL Databases Unlimited
Max Subdomains Unlimited
Max Parked Domains 100
Max Addon Domains 100

Our webhosting uses cPanel, a very well known and easy to use panel. It comes with RVSiteBuilder which allows you to build professional sites, even if you don't have any webdesign skills.

Now if you are at all familiar with the webhosting market, you will know that $10 per month is by no means the cheapest hosting fee around. There are many companies that offer the same product for less money, but what makes us a little different is our referral program. If your customer refers 5 customers to us then their hosting will be free, so long as those 5 customers remain with us. What is further, any customers over and above the 5, we will actually pay a commission to the customer of $1 per customer per month. So in effect, your customers could end up EARNING money by hosting their website with us.

On top of that, now here's where it gets good for you the salesman, you will also get a commission of $1 per month per customer for every referral your customers brings to our company. This process continues down to 6 levels deep. The same applies to your customer. So very easily, you and your customers could be making decent referral commissions after only a few months. So essentially, your customers also become your sales force. Instead of spending 100s or 1000s on advertising, we use purely word of mouth advertising and put thatadvertising budget into the pockets of our customers. Why should we make the advertising companies rich when we could use that money to thank our customers for their patronage ?

This exciting renumeration system also allows you to hire your own salesman if you happen to know someone who is skilled in sales and marketing. Now in order to be part of the program you of course need to purchase the product and spend $10 per month." Why can't I just promote the product and not buy it ? " you may ask. Well there are a couple of reasons, first, if you don't buy the product yourself you are less likely to be successful in selling the product for 2 reasons. 1. You won't be familiar with the product and how it works and therefore will be unable to provide any type of decent support to your customers. 2. Most people don't want to buy something from any salesman if the salesman himself doesn't buy it. They automatically wonder "if this product is so good, why haven't you bought it yourself"

Now, if you are absolutely against buying the product, all hope is not lost. If you are confident you will be just as successful selling the product without buying it, then we can certainly accommodate this. However, please note, your commissions will only be half the normal rate. If you do not purchase the product yourself you are not allocated a spot in the commission tracking software which is a lot of headache for us to keep track of which customers are yours manually , and we need to be compensated for this manual work.

Now, just to give you an idea of your earning potential. Pretend for example you are able to get 1 new customer or sales person every month. In turn, every customer and/or salesman continues to get 1 per month and so on for everyone. Below you will see what your monthly income will be after each month.

After 1 Month = $2 per month

After 2 Months = $5 per month

After 3 Months = $10 per month

After 4 Months = $19 per month

After 5 Months = $36 per month

After 6 Months = $63 per month

After 7 Months = $126 per month

After 8 Months = $250 per month

After 9 Months = $494 per month

After 10 Months = $974 per month

After 11 Months = $1918 per month

After 12 months = $3774 per month

And of course it continues to grow like this month by month so long as everyone continues to get 1 customer per month every month. (Please note all payments are made in US dollars. You will need an Alertpay account to recieve your comissions. This is free to setup by clicking on the logo you see on this page. Alertpay is a payment processor very similar to Paypal). In fact, if you were to get 2 customers per month, and those 2 got 2 and so on, after 8 months you would be earning a staggering $5476 per month.

Although the payments are made in US Dollars, these postions are open to anyone in any country as you will be working from home.

ON TOP of the payments you see above, you will also recieve a small commission for your efforts. That was you at least make something even if you are unable to make any sales. However, we have sales people that get customers every week nevermind every month.

Now of course the income figures above may seem unreal or impossible, but that's just the simple math of it. Getting 1 customer per month may seem like an easy goal, but perhaps your customers will not be as motivated as you in promoting the webhosting service. They may be a little more passive in their approach, only occassionally mentioning it to people. Therefore you may want to complement your marketing strategy by advertising for internet marketers and recruit sales people to join your team. Having sales people on your team will make it more likely for you to reach the decent income figures above. You personally will likely be able to get a few customers per month, but the figures above are dependant upon EVERYONE getting one customer per month every month.
